Adult Choir
Adults who like to sing are welcome to join our Adult Choir!
Prior choral-experience and reading music is helpful, but not mandatory. Choir members must be able to follow along in the music and be able to sing with minimal direction from the conductor, who plays the piano/organ.
The Adult Choir serves weekly at the 10am Sunday Mass, as well as certain Holy Days. Pre-Mass rehearsal begins at 9:15am.
Rehearsals are generally on Tuesday evenings, from 7-8:30pm. *Due to space-constraints, Rehearsal schedule or location may be modified
ADULT CHOIR DATES TO REMEMBER:
- September 2nd (Tuesday): 7-8pm in Quinn Hall Sanctuary "Getting-to-know-you" Adult Choir auditions
- September 6th (Saturday): 10am-12pm Special Kick-start Adult Choir Rehearsal - QH Sanctuary
- September 9th (Tuesday): NEW TIME 7-8:30pm Adult Choir Rehearsal - QH Sanctuary
- September 14th (Sunday): 10am Adult Choir (9:15am Rehearsal)
Youth Band
High School-aged youth with musical-talent are invited to serve in our Youth Band!
The Youth Band serves once a month at the 5 PM Sunday Mass starting on Sunday, September 14. Rehearsal begins at 3 PM prior to Mass.
Prior singing experience in ensemble is helpful, but not mandatory. Music is more contemporary in nature.
Interested youth should contact our Music Director, Audra Meyerhofer, to determine experience-level and if ready to serve in the Youth Band.
*Due to space-constraints, Instruments may be limited while in Quinn Hall Sanctuary.
Youth band Fall dates: 09/14, 10/12, 11/09, and 12/14.
