FAITH FORMATION OFFICE

The Faith Formation office is located on the east side of Quinn Hall behind a locked black pedestrian gate.

Ring the bell when you arrive, state your name, and the reason for your visit. A Faith Formation staff member will buzz you in.

Welcome to Saint Hedwig Church

We invite you to join our parish community to strengthen your relationship with God, make new friends that have the same Catholic values and beliefs that you do, or learn how to join the Catholic religion through our RCIA program. Complete our online registration form, download the pdf form, or complete it in the parish office. Once we receive your registration form, we will welcome you to Saint Hedwig with open arms and provide you with a Saint Hedwig Welcome Packet.
