We’re excited to welcome Eric Bray to the St. Hedwig Parish team as our new Part-Time Youth & Young Adult (YYA) Ministry Assistant! Joined September 2025, Eric works closely with George Vasquez, YYA Minister & Confirmation Coordinator, to support our youth and young adult ministries.
Eric Bray is a Catholic educator and ministry leader passionate about forming faith-filled young people rooted in character, purpose, and service. He currently serves as Director of Academic and Student Success at Saint Joseph High School in Lakewood, CA, where he blends academic guidance with faith-based mentorship. With over twelve years of experience in Catholic schools as a teacher, dean, academic advisor, and youth minister, Eric has dedicated his vocation to helping students grow closer to Christ while discovering their gifts. He holds a Master of Arts in Education, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and Catechist Certification through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. A musician and worship leader, he continues to serve through faith, education, and music ministry.
